Welcome to Huks Fluks - a part of Tholstrup

At Huks Fluks we take our inspiration from the Mediterranean countrys, with a focus on the Spanish tapas tradition of raciones. Raciones consists of snacks and starter size dishes that are shared at the table.

We serve wine and food from Southern Europe and have a passion for social dining and wining. We love learning about wine and sharing our discoveries with our guests. There’s no snobbery here, just a passion and enthusiasm for delicious wine.

We believe that wine is for everyone. The wine bar has a wide selection of wines by the glass and a cosy atmosphere with a view of the kitchen and our chefs preparing delicious food.

The restaurant has a more classic and intimate layout. Here, you can enjoy the wine and food at smaller tables. For larger parties we recommend our long plank table where there is plenty of space to share wine, food and good times. We serve small plates that invites you to try more and share. The food is of course best paired with a glass of wine, which we will match to both your taste and budget.

Our beautiful terrace offers a great view of one of Copenhagen’s most historical squares, Gråbrødretorv. Here, you can enjoy the sunshine and the long, Danish summer nights with a glass of wine.

Huks Fluks consists of several different rooms, both smaller ones for your private dinner party and bright and inviting rooms perfect for a larger celebration.
