At Huks Fluks, dining experiences are made to be shared and enjoyed. Try our Sharing menu – a social dining experience with delicate dishes to share – or enjoy a 2- or 3-course dinner. For lunch, we offer our popular lunch platter, and we also have a wide selection of drink packages tailored to your group.

Banquet Menu 2025
Below you can find our various banquet menus and prices. We offer both fixed menus, and you can also create your own 2- or 3-course menu from our selection of dishes. To ensure the best possible experience, we ask groups of 8 or more to pre-order their food before their visit.
Lunch
Lunch Platter
Our delightful lunch platter is a true feast for the senses and the perfect way to indulge yourself or share with friends. Served with freshly baked sourdough bread and a decadent truffle butter.
- Creamy Avocado Toast on crisp sourdough bread with ripe avocado, seasoned with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Hand-Cut Steak Tartare carefully diced and mixed with capers, onions, a hint of mustard, and topped with an egg yolk.
- Delicate Cebo Ham aged for 24 months to achieve a deep, complex flavor.
- Skagen Toast filled with hand-peeled shrimp mixed with dill and mayonnaise, topped with luxurious löjrom.
Dessert
- Classic French Crème Brûlée with creamy vanilla custard, topped with a crispy layer of caramelized sugar.

SHARING MENU
7-Course Sharing Menu
Our chef creates an exciting new menu based on the finest seasonal ingredients and French bistro classics. The menu consists of 7 dishes, served in 3 courses, perfect for sharing. Every evening is a unique culinary experience!
For an extra dimension to your experience, add a wine pairing, carefully selected to complement each serving. The wine pairing also includes water – still or sparkling, according to your preference

Create Your Own Menu with our delicious signature dishes, offering a range of flavors that will delight every palate. Each dish is carefully selected to ensure the highest quality and the best flavor combinations. Please note that all dishes must be chosen by the entire party, ensuring a harmonious and cohesive dining experience. We naturally take into account any allergies and food intolerances.

We also offer the option to create a wine menu tailored specifically to your meal, ensuring that each dish is perfectly complemented by the wine. Alternatively, you are welcome to choose from our pre-defined drink packages, which have been selected to create the best experience.

Tartare
Hand-cut beef tartare served with pommes pailles, aioli, and egg yolk.
Salmon
Smoked salmon with smoked cheese and crispy topping.
Burrata
Stracciatella di Burrata with pesto and date tomatoes.
Main course
Beef Béarnaise
Beef tenderloin served with a classic Béarnaise sauce, paired with crispy French fries.
Cod à la Beurre Blanc
Oven-baked cod served with a beurre blanc sauce, crispy pata negra, and roasted butternut squash. Complemented by sun-dried tomatoes and tender potatoes.
Pasta Pistou
Rigatoni pasta tossed with fresh pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, and a sprinkle of parmesan.
Dessert
Crème Brûlée
Our classic French dessert featuring a vanilla cream topped with a crisp layer of caramelized sugar
Gateau Marcel
Chocolate cake, served with passion fruit sorbet and freeze-dried raspberries.
Cheese
Full-bodied Manchego cheese, accompanied by a delicious mango chutney.
RECEPTION menu
For receptions and standing events where your guests come and go our tapas menu is ideal. We will arrange a table with the following snacks:
- Marinated Green Olives
- Almonds
- Croquetas with Cheese & Jamon
- Cebo - Jamon Pata Negra matured for 24 mos.
- Bellotta - Jamon Pata Negra matured for 36 mos.
Sourdough bread with truffle butter
All the cava rosé, white wine, red wine and still and sparkling water, your guests can drink for 2 hours.
Reception menu: DKK 845 / per person

- House white wine, red wine and dessert wine, draught beer, and soft drinks for 1,5 hours. Includes filtered water, still and sparkling, and French press coffee and tea.

Wine from the middle shelf (our better wines): DKK 550 / per person
- White wine and red wine from the middle shelf, draught beer and soft drinks for 1,5 hours. Includes filtered water, still and sparkling, and French press coffee and tea.
Add dessert wine: DKK 85 / per person
Wine from the top shelf (our best wines): DKK 700 / per person
- White wine and red wine from the top shelf, selection of craft draught beer and soft drinks for 1,5 hours. Includes filtered water, still and sparkling, and French press coffee and tea.
Add dessert wine: DKK 85 / per person
After dinner drinks: DKK 250 / per person
- Selection of long drinks for 1 hour.

We kindly ask that orders be placed at least 4 weekdays in advance.
The menu must be the same for the entire group (minimum 8 people).
